By downloading photos you agree that:

The photographer owns all rights to the photos and any other materials created during the session. The client and anyone in the photos agree that the photographer can use any materials made by them during the session for things like marketing, advertising, or displaying in the photographer’s portfolio, website, or social media. The client confirms that no one else has rights that would stop the photographer from using these materials.

All photographs, images, or digital files provided by Jordyn Watson Photography shall not be altered, edited, manipulated, or modified in any way without the prior written consent. This includes but is not limited to the use of filters, cropping, retouching, or applying any digital effects. Unauthorized alteration of images constitutes a breach of this agreement and may be subject to legal action.
